Campers will be under the direct supervision of mature and responsible counsellors whose primary objective to ensure camper safety at all times. The camper to counsellor ratio is 10:1 (depending on age) which exceeds that of other organizations. All counsellors will receive First Aid and CPR Training and be certified. Additional safety steps will be taken on trips e.g. camper to counsellor ratio will be reduced e.g. 4:1 depending on age. We will also have a Student Camp Director and an Executive Camp director on site daily to oversee the complete management of the camp including camper safety.
For their safety primarily, campers must comply with instructions of personnel assigned to positions of responsibility. Any violation of rules, or any misconduct must first be reported to the camper’s counselor for remedial action. If the issue cannot be resolved at this level, the next level of authority is the head counselor, camp director and ultimately the camper’s pastor.
Campers are NOT allowed to leave the camp without proper supervision by an authorized personnel and consent of the parent.
