I see that it is the Church that is running the camp, does my child have to be a member of the church or be an Apostolic to participate?

No. The program is for children and youth within the community. However, all campers must demonstrate respect and regard for those things held dear to the Church, e.g. respect in the sanctuary (place of worship) is mandatory.
